3 small things... to boost winter wellbeing

The cold weather has well and truly returned! To boost your winter wellbeing, try these 3 small things...


  1. Get some morning light. Take a short walk round the block or even sit in the window to help your body realise it's daytime


  2. Take an energising breath. Try one of these guided mediations for inspiration


  3. Move your body - it doesn't have to be a giant trip to the gym. A dance round the kitchen or a walk with a friend is perfect. What's your favourite way to move?
