Gentle yoga can be powerful. In this slow yoga flow, we’ll move with intention, using each breath to guide the body. Holding poses for longer not only builds strength and flexibility - it also creates space to reconnect with yourself.


This is your invitation to slow down, reset and take a little time just for you. When we pause and move mindfully, we often find exactly what we need to face what’s next with calm and clarity.




Yoga doesn’t have to look a certain way to be meaningful. If you’re curious about exploring mindful movement that meets you exactly where you are, I’d love to help. I’m based in Sevenoaks and work with individuals and small groups — online and in person — to build confidence, calm and connection through yoga, coaching and conversation.
