Happiness can sometimes feel elusive - the more we look for it,
the harder it is to find. But research shows that it's possible to
cultivate happiness and contentedness right where we are now,
without making big or drastic changes.
Nurturing, understanding, and accepting ourselves, and noticing
what's actually pretty great already, are steps we can take that
could make a big difference to the way we feel.
As part of my journey to become a coach, I trained to be a
happiness facilitator with the Museum of Happiness. This free workbook
focuses on a wellbeing model that I learned while I was there, and
is designed help you to find ways to nurture your own happiness.
