Sometimes it can be tricky to quieten noisy thoughts when I'm practising yoga - especially during slow sessions . Almost inevitably, my mind wanders to my to-do list or suddenly remembers an appointment that's still 2 weeks away.
That’s why I often turn to music when I need to slow down. It gives my mind something gentle to focus on, helping me to move through poses more intentionally.
The same goes for those days when I need a little extra energy. Uplifting music can transform faster flows into pure joy, adding rhythm and momentum to my practice.
If you'd like to try practising yoga with music, I'm sharing a very gentle playlist with some of my absolute favourite music for slow flows and yin yoga. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
