In the busy-ness of life it’s sometimes easy to think that feeling overwhelmed is inevitable and that we just have to keep going, ploughing through our to-do list. It can feel like we don’t have time to work through what’s important and what can wait, so we end up trying to do everything.

I make no secret of the fact that I am quite often overwhelmed. Balancing work, home, and family commitments can sometimes feel like a conveyor belt of tasks, responsiblities, and things I will never get round to doing.

So I understand how important it is to understand where feelings of overwhelm might be coming from, take time to step back and prioritise, and focus on what really matters. That's what this free workbook is designed to help you to do.
