Yoga at your desk: 8 gentle poses to get you moving

When I've been sitting at my desk for a long time I often feel a bit stiff and creaky. Here are some lovely stretches that I use to get me moving and feel a bit more like myself again!

An ILM level 5 qualified coach, I work with individuals and groups to understand what success means to them, set meaningful goals, and navigate blockers, to create a strong foundation for change.
