That’s why I offer yoga and coaching together, and separately.

Our coaching sessions are a collaboration, with you in the driving seat. That’s because only you can decide what’s important to you and how you’re going to get there. I’m here to ask you the questions and offer the challenge that will open up new possibilities.
I’m influenced by positive psychology. I help you to spot what’s already going well, what you value, and where your strengths lie, so you can recognise what’s already pretty great about your life and create a strong foundation for change.
And because our minds and bodies are so connected, my yoga sessions help to build strength and flexibility, and break down the self-limiting beliefs that can have a knock-on effect in other areas of life too.
I’m trained in yoga for injuries, so please don’t be put off if you haven’t moved for a while. Each 1:1 lesson is created uniquely for you and I have experience of working with physiotherapist notes and exercises.
