The perfect yoga pose for overwhelm

Overwhelm can be... well overwhelming. Taking a step back to work out what's really going on, and to recognise what's actually important can be helpful. And one way to do that is through yoga (I would say that, right?)

In the video below, I'm sharing the yoga pose I turn to when everything feels a bit much: child's pose. There are lots of different ways to practise it, I've picked out 3 for you to try.

Remember your breath is important. Whichever version you choose, notice your breath and slow it down. Let your exhale be slightly longer than your inhale. And enjoy!
