Boost your confidence: a daily writing habit

Fancy joining my confidence experiment? Every evening for a month I’m writing down 3 things I’ve done that I’m proud of that day to see whether it can boost my confidence from a steady 6 (on a scale of 1 to 10) to a heady 7 or even 7.5!
This experiment is based on the idea that our brains are built to notice when things aren’t going so well, and miss some of the good stuff. By consciously spotting small victories and achievements, we’re reminding ourselves that we are actually pretty great and that can only help to build confidence.
Yesterday’s 3 were:
I tidied my desk (it looked fabulous for about 5 minutes 🤣)
I practised an adapted yoga pose for one of my private clients who finds balance a challenge
I got to my son’s prize giving ceremony on time (major achievement!)
How about you?? What 3 things are you proud of today??
As a coach and a yoga teacher, I work with people to build confidence - in their bodies, in their work and in themselves. If you'd like to find out more, do get in touch.
