Amind map that lists out what I need to look after myself today: enough time between appointments, pack bags early, sunscreen and liquids, test tech, gym bag ready

Eek! Today’s going to be a busy one! Lots of different appointments in different parts of town with not much time in between. Asking "what do I need to look after myself today?" is a morning check-in I learned when I was training to be a happiness facilitator. It’s super simple, and really helps me to plan ahead.

Because this is the kind of day that could very easily see me forgetting to drink, leaving paperwork at home, realising my laptop isn’t working 2 minutes before a meeting is due to start, finding out there’s no petrol in the car. You know. All the things that could turn a busy day into a frantic one.

Working out what I need at the start of the day, means when it gets to the evening I'll be a little bit less frazzled and find it easier to relax. Although it’s likely I will still forget to drink!

I’m Fiona - a yoga teacher and coach based in Sevenoaks. I love coaching people who are ready for a big change, but aren’t quite sure how to go about it. That could be something in your career, your relationships, or just finding a bit more calm in the chaos.

My sessions are designed to help you find your own way forward—at your own pace, and in your own words.
