A week of wellbeing: a boost of energy

Have you been stuck inside or behind your desk all day?? 


For day 4 of our week of wellbeing, wake up your body with this short energising yoga sequence. 


You don’t need any kit or special clothes, just a little bit of space to move your arms. Notice how you’re feeling throughout the sequence - do you need to slow down or back off a little? Or is getting into the stretch a little more just what you need?



We all deserve to live a great life, but what great looks like changes over time and sometimes we find ourselves stuck living in a way that isn’t right for us anymore. I support women to live a happier life: through prioritising their wellbeing, doing more of what they love, and focusing on what really matters to them.
