A week of wellbeing: a moment of calm

Feel frazzle-free with a lovely (and short!) meditation you can do anywhere. 

For day 3 of my week of wellbeing I’m sharing a joyous focused breathing exercise that could help you to feel a little bit calmer. And if you meditate longer term, studies show it can have really amazing health benefits. From reducing anxiety and stress levels to improving attention and problem solving.

We all deserve to live a great life, but what great looks like changes over time and sometimes we find ourselves stuck living in a way that isn’t right for us anymore. I support women to live a happier life: through prioritising their wellbeing, doing more of what they love, and focusing on what really matters to them.
