A week of wellbeing: tune into your body

A few minutes of calm, to help you slow down and reset. 


It’s day 6 of our week of wellbeing and tonight I’m sharing a gentle meditation that is all about noticing different parts of your body and how they’re feeling. I’ll guide you through, and explain what to focus on, which can be a bit easier if your brain is busy and full of thoughts.


It takes just a few minutes and all you need is somewhere to sit down and get comfortable.



We all deserve to live a great life, but what great looks like changes over time and sometimes we find ourselves stuck living in a way that isn’t right for us anymore. I support women to live a happier life: through prioritising their wellbeing, doing more of what they love, and focusing on what really matters to them.
