There's a whole host of research that tells us that connecting with our breath can improve our wellbeing - from helping to reduce stress and anxiety, to increasing energy levels and boosting our immune system. I actually find that just one intentional breath, where I really pay attention to my in and out breath, can calm me down when I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.


This 5-minute body scan meditation is a lovely way to slow down your breathing, and notice how you're feeling throughout your body. I hope you enjoy it!
