Find focus and clarity

Sometimes, life feels like it’s calling for a change - but knowing where to start can be tricky. What needs to shift? Where will a small change make the biggest difference?


The wheel of life is a simple but powerful coaching tool that can help you to find clarity. By reflecting on different areas of your life, you can identify what’s going well and what might need a little more attention.


Often, the results make it obvious where to focus your energy. Other times, you might be surprised!


Whether you’re looking to create balance, set goals or just gain fresh perspective, this tool can be a great place to start.


The wheel of life is a a circle with 8 sections. Each section in the wheel represents an area of your life: Personal growth, fun, relationships, career, family, social, health, finance. Rate each area in turn with a scale betwe 1 (low) and 10 (high). Notice the scores. What surprises you? Where are your strong? And where would you like to focus?
