Get moving: 8 gentle yoga poses to do at your desk

When I've been sitting at my desk for a long time I often feel a bit stiff and creaky: here are some lovely yoga stretches that I use to get me moving and feel a bit more like myself again!


Yoga sequence: neck rolls, shoulder circles, raised hands, bound hands (behind back), side stretch, seated twist, neck stretch and eagle arms
