A week of wellbeing: tackling your to-do list

All week I’m sharing wellbeing ideas to help you feel more balanced as Christmas approaches.

Today, I want to help get a handle on that massive to-do list. Working out which things to tackle now, which things to leave until later and which things really don’t need to be done at all.

It can get quite overwhelming especially at this time of year when we try to get things finished at work before the Christmas break, when we might still have presents to buy or decorations to put up, or friends and family are trying to organise a get together before the big day.

Forever people have told me I need to prioritise and to be honest I just didn’t know how to or which things I could ask someone else to help me with. I still struggle with it, but this coaching exercise really helps.

We all deserve to live a great life, but what great looks like changes over time and sometimes we find ourselves stuck living in a way that isn’t right for us anymore. I support women to live a happier life: through prioritising their wellbeing, doing more of what they love, and focusing on what really matters to them.
