What do you need to take care of yourself?


Our own wellbeing is so important, but it often gets pushed down the to-do list. Try answering these questions to help you notice how you're feeling and what you need to take care of yourself today.

  1. On a scale of 1-10, how am I feeling today?

  2. What's making me feel that way?

  3. What area do I need to focus on to bring my score up by 1, 2 or 3 points?

  4. And what could I do in that area? (It doesn't need to be huge!)

  5. What else would help me to take care of myself today?

Remember to check in on yourself this evening. How would you score yourself now, and why?


We all deserve to live a great life, but what great looks like changes over time and sometimes we find ourselves stuck living in a way that isn’t right for us anymore. I support women to live a happier life: through prioritising their wellbeing, doing more of what they love, and focusing on what really matters to them.
